These elements appear on ManaBurned solely for the purpose of identifying and describing trading cards in a price comparison context.

Fan Site and Nominative Fair Use

ManaBurned is an independent fan project created to help the MTG community find the best prices on the cards they want. Our use of Magic: The Gathering card names and set identifiers falls under nominative fair use — we use those names only to refer to and identify the actual products being priced, not to suggest any affiliation or endorsement.

We do not reproduce card artwork for decorative or commercial purposes beyond what is necessary for card identification. Card images displayed on the site are sourced from the Scryfall API in accordance with Scryfall's API terms.

Wizard of the Coast Fan Content Policy

Our use of Magic: The Gathering intellectual property is made in good-faith reliance on Wizards of the Coast's Fan Content Policy, which permits non-commercial fan sites to reference and discuss Magic: The Gathering content. ManaBurned does not generate revenue by selling Magic: The Gathering intellectual property itself. Any monetization (e.g., display advertising) is incidental to the price comparison service and is not based on the reproduction or resale of WotC's creative works.
