What we actually hold about you: ManaBurned has no user accounts and does not collect names, payment data, or tracking information. The only personal information we may hold is your IP address in server access logs, which are automatically purged every 30–90 days. If you've emailed us, we may hold your email address and message for up to 12 months.

Your Privacy Rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access — Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Correction — Have inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information corrected.
  • Deletion — Have personal information collected from you deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Withdraw consent — Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing at any time.
  • File a complaint — Escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) if you're unsatisfied with our response.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. For IP address-based requests, we may ask you to provide the approximate date and time of your visit and your approximate location.
