Your Privacy Rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to:
- Access — Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correction — Have inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information corrected.
- Deletion — Have personal information collected from you deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent — Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing at any time.
- File a complaint — Escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) if you're unsatisfied with our response.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. For IP address-based requests, we may ask you to provide the approximate date and time of your visit and your approximate location.
Not Satisfied? Escalate to the OPC
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if you believe we have handled your personal information contrary to applicable law, you may file a complaint directly with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada:
